Kingsmount Bell Park CAN members are invited to attend the garden planting at the Riverdale Community Garden (St Peter’s United Church, York Street) this Sunday, June 1st, immediately after worship at about 11:45. This is also Picnic Sunday – potluck. Everyone is welcome.
The benevolent community garden has provided produce for local shelters, and supports the St. Peter’s Muffin Ministry with produce, and through the sale of produce and preserves to members of the congregation.
Over the summer and into the fall we will also require volunteers for planting, watering, harvesting, making deliveries, making preserves or baking muffins. If you are interested in helping please contact Ted Djaferis djaferist@gmail.com
