Join us for our October Heritage Walk as we remember the people, places and events that helped shape our neighbourhoods.

Moses Gatchell and his brother Thomas purchased nearly 200 acres west of the cemetery in 1903.
This Sunday we will step outside of our Kingsmount-Bell Park boundaries to remember some of the prominent Sudburians and former residents who are resting at the Eyre Street Cemetery, Regent and Lorne. We’ll also pass the homes where Toronto Maple Leaf’s Tim Horton and Eddie Shack spent part of their youth.

Tim Horton (January 12, 1930 – February 21, 1974) played 24 seasons NHL.
He co-founded Tim Hortons restaurant chain in 1964.
